JCC 8th Annual Bruce Gould Poker Invitational

Final plans are underway for the JCC Eighth Annual Bruce Gould Poker invitational Texas Hold”EM Tournament. The program will be held on Thursday, Feb. 23 at the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando located in Maitland.

Join us for a fun filled evening of poker and casino play and help us raise money for the Jewish Community Center Marvin Friedman Children scholarship fund. This fund enables individual and families with financial limitations to participate in a wide variety of JCC programs and activities. The event is presented by the Bruce K. Gould Foundation. Gould serves on a number charitable and philanthropic organizations. “Bruce has been a caring and committed leader at the JCC for many years,” said David Wayne, JCC executive director. “As former development director of the JCC Bruce was very involved in raising money for the scholarship fund, was part of the original steering committee that planned and managed the center’s expansion and renovations, and is an all-around super guy. We are very excited in holding this tournament with him.”

The entry fee for the Hold”EM tournament is currently $125 and the casino game fee is currently $50. You must be 21 years and up to participate. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. There will be prizes for all players in the final table.
