Submitted by the family Isabelle "Buddye" Maxine (nee Heyman) Laub, who was a registered nurse, artist, and lifelong volunteer passed away peacefully on Jan. 29, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was just shy of 98 years old. Buddye was born to Rose and Benjamin Heyman in Newark, N.J. on Feb. 15, 1926. She grew up in Baltimore, MD, graduating from Forest Park High School in 1944. Richard Sheldon Lazaro was born on May 18, 1934 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Louis & Judith (Koppel) Lazaro and passed on Jan. 29, 2024 at 89 years old. He graduated college with a B.S. in accounting. He serviced in the Armed Forces and Reserves from 1956 to 1962. Later he moved to Boulder, Co. where he wrote a comic strip for the local newspaper. She is preceded by her parents William and Fanny Zucker and her husband Irwin (Curly) Sklon, who died on Sept. 6, 1990.
