    Joseph Zollman, a former editor-in-chief of the Minkus Stamp Catalogs and a Life Member of the American Philatelic Society, died Jan. 28, 2016 in Altamonte Springs. He was 93. Zollman started his philatelic career at the United Nations Postal Administration shortly after its launch, and often noted that his daughter Yvonne was born during his tenure at the UNPA.
