An Orlando resident since 1953, he was born in Cincinnati on April 19, 1925, to the late Max and Jennie Vagranasky Litka. A survivor of the Shoah, he was born in Romania on Feb. 9, 1933 to the late David Sacagiu and Chaya Birenbaum Sacagiu.
