There are many wonderful ways to volunteer with the Jewish Pavilion and Bethanne Weiss has done almost all of them. Recently Dr. Edward Zissman brought a soferet to The Jewish Academy of Orlando to restore their sefer Torah. Soferet Linda did the restoration and fixed everything that needed to be fixed.
