There is not a new Hanukkah stamp for 2019. The United States Postal Service says the 2018 Hanukkah stamp will be used, again, this year. They also say that the 2018 Hanukkah stamps are already in post offices, left over from last year. There, also, is not a new 2019 “Traditional” (religious) Christmas stamp. NEW YORK (JTA)—The number of hate crimes against Jews in New York City has risen significantly over the first nine months of this year, part of a citywide rise in such offenses.
