An evening with Cantor Rhodes

On Saturday, Nov. 16 the Jewish Federation of Volusia and Flagler Counties are proud to have Cantor Lance Rhodes, who has been with Congregation Brith Shalom-a synagogue 2,000 strong in Bellaire, TX-for five years come and perform. There will be a Havdalah service beginning at 5:30 p.m. and a concert at 6 p.m. 

Cantor Rhodes is the son of Dr. Richard and Lisa Rhodes of Ormond Beach, Fla. He received his bachelor's of Music from the University of Miami in 2003. He is a graduate of the H. L. Miller Cantorial School at the Jewish Theological Seminary. He has composed pieces for Jewish settings and has been honored with the Max and Sol Feld Prize in composition for two consecutive years. He is a young man with many talents.

Bring your entire family. It is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.

The concert will be held at Congregation B'nai Torah, 403 North Nova Rd. in Ormond Beach.
