Marsha M. Cohen-Little passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, at Orlando Health. She was 67 years of age. Ms. Cohen-Little was born in New York City on Jan. 11, 1946 to the late Abraham Harold Cohen and Edith Schlanger Cohen.
She was a high school graduate and recently received her college degree. During her working career, Marsha worked as a bookkeeper. She was a longtime member of Temple Israel.
A graveside service was held at Temple Israel Cemetery with Rabbi Joshua Neely officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel, Orlando.
LAURIE SANTONINO
Laurie Santonino of Deltona, passed away on Monday, Dec. 23, 2013, at Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in Orange City. She was 59 years old. Ms. Santonino was born on Feb. 18, 1954, in Long Island, N.Y., to Howard Landau and Mildred Grossman Lines. She was a high school graduate and was a homemaker.
Ms. Santonino is survived by her son, Louis, of Deltona; her father, Howard Landau of Oviedo; and her mother, Mildred Lines of New York; her brother, Keith (Debra) Landau of Oviedo; and her sister, Karen (Edward) Adolphus of New York.
Graveside funeral services were held at Temple Israel Cemetery with Rabbi Arnold Siegel officiating. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society. Arrangements entrusted to Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel, Orlando.
RUTH H. SCHILLER
Ruth Schiller passed away on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at her residence. She was 98 years old. Mrs. Schiller was born in New York City to the late Charles and Elsie Miller Glatt on July 6, 1915. She was the widow of the late David Schiller who passed away in 1974.
Mrs. Schiller was a bookkeeper and worked for Burlington Mills until she retired at the age of 70. She relocated to the Orlando area in 2012 to be closer to her daughter and family. Prior to her move, she maintained her own home and was an active volunteer until she reached 90 years of age. Mrs. Schiller is survived by her daughters, Madeleine (Paul) Vilmos of Orlando and Sandra (Roger) Spark of Arizona. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services and burial were held in New York. The family requests contributions in memory of Ruth H. Schiller to the United Jewish Appeal or the American Jewish Congress. Arrangements entrusted to Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel, Orlando.
