Beulah Dworkin of Weston, Florida, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2015, at Boca Care Center of Trustbridge Hospice in Boca Raton. She was 100 years old. Mrs. Dworkin, a native of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, was born on Oct. 1, 1914, to the late Israel and Ada Rachel Levenson Beerman. She was a high school graduate and the widow of the late Morris Dworkin, who passed away in 2001. Mr. and Mrs. Dworkin relocated to Indialantic, Fla., from Youngstown, Ohio, in 1968.
Following the death of her husband, Mrs. Dworkin moved to the Orlando area to be closer to her daughter, Rita, and then to South Florida where he daughter, Judy, lives.
Mrs. Dworkin is survived by her daughters, Judy (David) Appel of Weston, Beverly (Randy) Slawski of Maryland, and Rita (Howard) Buchoff of Longwood; and five grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services were held at Ohev Shalom Cemetery with Rabbi Arnold Siegel officiating. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel, 640 Lee Road, Orlando 32810.
