Obituary - ANNA GOLDBERG

Anna Goldberg, age 90, of Clermont, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Brookdale Assisted-Living Facility in Clermont. Mrs. Goldberg was born in Brooklyn, New York, on April 19, 1925, to the late Hyman and Dora Koota Roland.

After attending college for some time, she worked for many years as a teacher’s aide for the New York City Board of Education. She was the widow of Martin Goldberg, who passed away in 2005. Mrs. Goldberg relocated to the Clermont area in 2014 from Boca Raton and is survived by her sister, Diane Lichtman, of South Florida and her niece Dale Roland (Barbara Hebling) of Groveland. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Goldberg was predeceased by her brothers, Herbert Roland, William Roland and Jack Roland; and her sisters, Linna Frangipane and Lilly Cohen.

A private graveside service was held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. Arrangements entrusted to Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel. 640 Lee Road, Orlando 32810.
