Obituary - INEZ TEDESCO 'TEDDY' SNYDER

Inez “Teddy” Snyder, age 94, of Orlando, passed away unexpectedly at Florida Hospital—Winter Park, on Monday, July 25, 2016. Teddy was born on June 29, 1922, in Taylor, Washington, to the late John and Augusta Lenarducci Tedesco.

A veteran of World War II, where she served as a stenographer, Teddy met and married her late husband, Myron, also a veteran, on Oct. 27, 1945, while both were in service. She was a linguist, speaking five languages. Following World War II, they lived in Boston for over 31 years, relocating to the Orlando area from Brookline in 1990.

Teddy is survived by her sons, Robert Snyder of Winter Park and Paul Snyder of Framingham, Mass.; and her daughter, Geanne (Adrian) Share of Orlando. She was the grandmother of Angela, Ben, Olivia, and Erika and great-grandmother of Jayson.

Teddy was interred next to her husband at a private family graveside service at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, with Rabbi Joshua Neely officiating. In memory of Inez “Teddy” Snyder, the family requests contributions to the Kinneret Council on Aging, 515 S. Delaney Avenue, Orlando 32801.
