J.O.IN. Orlando—Hosts an interactive discussion titled: The Joy of Jewish Holidays” at 8 a.m. Shacharis at Orlando Torah Center, 8591 Banyan Blvd., Orlando. Breakfast included.

The Holocaust Center—Kristallnacht Commemoration featuring an original Reader’s Theater base on the life of Teodora Verbitskya; 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. The event is free and open to the community. Reservations required.

Chabad of North Orlando—Present Milton Kleinberg who will share memories of his experiences during World War II; 7 p.m. at Nate’s Shul, 1701 Markham Woods Rd., Longwood. Tickets: $12.

Temple Israel—Sisterhood bus trip to Festival and Glick’s Kosher Market in Pompano Beach. Cost: $45 Bus leaves from the Jewish Academy parking lot at 8 a.m.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8

Torah & Tea—Women’s study group meeting weekly from 9:30—10:30 a.m. in the Conference Room at the Chabad Center of Jewish Life, 7347 W. Sand Lake Road, Orlando. The group is open to all women. Admission is free and no previous Jewish education is required.

Kinneret Apartments—Zei Gezunt—Be Healthy! Program 11:45 a.m. a program to ensure that ongoing health and wellness of the elderly is addressed through programs to educate, diet and exercise.

JTEN—Election eve event for students in grades 8—12. Opportunity to learn more about politics; 5:45 p.m.-8 p.m. at Congregation of Reform Judaism, 928 Malone Dr., Orlando. For teens in Southwest Orlando, free transportation available from SOJC, 11200 S. Apopka Vineland Rd to CrJ. Bus lease at 4:30 p.m. and returns at 8:15 p.m.

Jewish Academy of Orlando—MUCCA’s Camp Barney Medintz hosts 2017 Info Session/Dessert reception for new families and returning families. Meet the directors of Camp Barney who host a musical multi-image production and answer questions about the summer camp season. Registration applications will be available. The Jewish Pavilion—Grief Support Group for people who have lost spouses, children, parents or loved ones, 10:30 a.m.—noon.
