Obituary - BARBARA ROTH

Barbara Roth, age 81, of Glendale (Milwaukee), Wisconsin, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017, at her residence. Barbara was born in New York on May 23, 1935, to the late Abraham and Freda Snyder Stone. She was a graduate of the University of Florida and received her master’s in education from FTU and was a high school teacher. In 1989, Barbara won the title Teacher of the Year. She also won numerous awards at the Central Florida Fair for her knitting.

Barbara was the beloved wife of the late Robert Roth, who passed away in 2004. She is survived by her children Mollie (James) Lazear, Kyle (Cecily Sue) Roth and Howard Roth (Tom Bass). She was the proud grandmother to Hyatt (Liz) Lazear, Seth Lazear, Rebekah Lazear, Naomi (Dan) Duffy, Trinity Bass, Tucker Bass and Brian Taylor. She was also the adoring great-grandmother to Austin, Brandon, Asher, Sophie, Blair and the late Maksim.
