Engagement - Sarah Rachel Blackman and Neal Louis Cotton

Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Blackman of Overland Park, Kansas, are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Rachel Blackman to Neal Louis Cotton, son of Mark Cotton of Fort Lee, N.J., and Charlene Ilkowitz of East Brunswick, N.J.

Sarah is an emergency trauma nurse at Central Florida Regional Hospital in Sanford, and Neal is a Corporate IT Software Manager for Advent Health in Altamonte Springs.

The couple resides in Winter Springs and is planning an early 2020 wedding.
