Obituary - LILLIAN PLAEZ

Lillian Plaez, age 77, of Maitland, passed away peacefully on Friday, Oct. 25, 2019, at Savannah Cove in Maitland. Mrs. Plaez, a native of Russia, was the daughter of the late Israel and Betty Straks Feinberg, and was born on Oct. 16, 1942. She was a survivor of the Holocaust and was the widow of the late Angelo David Plaez who passed away in November 2007. Mrs. Plaez worked as a relocation specialist in real estate. A resident of Orlando for many years, she was a longtime member of Congregation Ohev Shalom.

Mrs. Plaez is survived by her daughter Alicia (Chris) Kovar of Rockaway, New Jersey; and her brothers, Jake (Adrienne) Feinberg of Laguna Beach, Calif., Steve Feinberg of Orlando, and Phillip (JoAnna) Feinberg of Austin, Texas. She is also survived by her grandchildren—Brendan Kovar of New Jersey and Jessica (Brian) Aaron of Orlando; and a great-grandchild, Lennon. In addition to her husband, Lillian was predeceased by her daughter, Deborah Armstrong and her brother, Sam Feinberg.
