Bea Saffer passed away peacefully on Feb. 1, 2020. Bea, also known as Beebee or Aunt Bee, loved nothing more than having her friends and family over at her home in Buffalo and Florida. She created a home that was full of love, good food, and great company. There was never a time when the side door was locked, since everyone was always welcome.
Bea is survived by her husband, Bob, of 71 years; her daughter, Gayle Steinhart; son-in-law, Barry; granddaughters, Jaci, Danielle, and soon-to-be-grandson-in-law, Lenny; Bea’s two sisters, Libby (Nils) Reece and Lillian Kaufman, in addition to her friends who are like family.
Burial was at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth. Donations in memory of Bea Saffer can be made to Camps Airy & Louise. http://www.airylouise.org/donate
