Friends make a road trip to the Jewish Pavilion Fashion Show

Its road trip time for Penny Goldstein's friends. They are on their way to the Jewish Pavilion Fashion Show that is honoring their friend. When one friend called to make her reservation, Goldstein told her it was too much to travel from Tampa. She just laughed and invited more friends. They are pleased to be part of honoring their friend.

Marci Gaeser, Fashion Show chair, loves this occasion because it brings women of all ages together for a happy and fun event that showcases the latest fashions. The proceeds from this amazing event benefit our aging senior population.

Every year the Fashion Show is a family affair. Grandmothers, mothers, daughters and even some mothers-in-law have annual dates to attend. Many have been coming together for years.

Penny O'Connell from J Life Magazine recognizes the importance the Jewish Pavilion's work and loves to tell their story. She says J Life is looking forward to covering this year's fashion show.

The models, all Jewish Pavilion members and volunteers, are scheduled for fittings. The models-Marci Gaeser, Shirley Schoenberger, Joan Sussman, Jo Fischer, Jane Edelstein, Ruth Darvin, Ali Polejes, Susie Stone, Brenda Fisher Wetmore, Shari Klafter, Sharon Littman and our honoree Penny Goldstein, are all ages, shapes and sizes.

The Pearls of the Jewish Pavilion, $500 membership or greater, event will be held directly before the fashion show. They will be treated to a special presentation and gifts from Dillard's.

All attendees will receive 10 percent off their total bill for merchandise sold during or directly after the event. The fashion show is at Dillard's Altamonte Mall on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020, at 11a.m.
