Sheryl Blaiwes Asarnow, age 48, of Maitland, passed away peacefully at AdventHealth Hospice—Orlando, on Saturday, March 28, 2020. A native Floridian, Sheryl was born in Winter Park on March 27, 1972, to Arthur and Carolle Shapiro Blaiwes. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. On May 26, 2002, in Orlando, she married Jeffrey Steven Asarnow, her husband of nearly 18 years, who survives her. Sheryl was the devoted mother to her son, Zachary, and daughter, Emory, and loving sister to Natalie Campese of Winter Park and brother, Marc (Michelle) Blaiwes of California. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Cheryl Cohen of New Jersey and Palm Beach; her father-in-law, Donald Asarnow of New Jersey; her brother-in-law, David (Jennifer) Asarnow of Atlanta; and sister-in-law, Dawn (Christopher) Fox of West Palm Beach; and nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 Coronavirus, a private family funeral was held with Rabbi David Kay officiating. In memory of Sheryl B.
