Share elected as Arts Foundation's third president

Timucua Arts Foundation announced today the welcomed the appointment of philanthropist and community leader Geanne Share as president. Share previously served as Timucua's vice president, is a long-time member of the Orlando Ballet board of directors, as well as a board member of Temple Israel Winter Springs, the Jewish Pavilion, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando.

Share served as president of Kinneret Apartments Affordable Senior Housing from 2015 to 2017, and currently serves as past president. Share served on the board of the Orlando Ballet from 2002 to 2015. She served as comptroller of Temple Israel Winter Springs from 2017 to 2021 and now serves as vice president of membership. Share is also a board member of the Jewish Pavilion and the Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando.

The announcement comes as the foundation has resumed hosting world-class concerts, plays, theatrical events and more at their intimate Timucua venue in the SoDo district.

"We have a deep bench now," said Share. "The board has retained veteran members who have made vital contributions, while nearly doubling in size. The new members bring a wealth of experience and breadth of expertise that can only enhance the Foundation."
