Central Florida's Independent Jewish Voice
In light of Ben & Jerry’s recent announcement to stop selling their ice cream in Judea and Samaria because of pro-Palestinian pressure, Dov Hikind, founder of Americans Against Antisemitism, spoke with Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis (NY- District 11) who encouraged her constituents to boycott the ice cream maker.
Congresswoman Malliotakis stated, “It’s a shame that they’ve decided to target the Jewish people like this. And I think it’s really important that Americans here send a message to Ben and Jerry’s by not buying their ice cream, quite frankly. ... I certainly won’t be buying [Ben & Jerry’s] and I urge others to really take a strong consideration of doing the same.”
The interview was held on the heels of her recent bipartisan Congressional trip to Israel as part of the House Foreign Affairs Committee delegation.
In addition to discussing Ben & Jerry’s caving to BDS pressure, Congresswoman Malliotakis discussed her recent trip to Israel and all she witnessed and learned firsthand; the protests for freedom in Cuba and the horrible handling of it by the far-Left Democrats in Congress; the Palestinian Pay-4-Slay policy; Hamas Caucus silence on China’s persecution of Uighur Muslims and Cuba’s people; and removing Rep. Ilhan Omar from the Foreign Affairs Committee.
