Obituary - VICTORIA ROUSSMAN

Victoria Roussman, age 75, of Orlando, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2022, at AdventHealth Hospice — Orlando after an extended illness. Victoria was born Jan. 31, 1947, in Miami, Fla., and was the daughter of the late Major Harold Roussman and step-daughter of the late Natalie Roussman. She is survived by her step-siblings, Andrea Eliscu and Richard Trock.

Vicki graduated from Edgewater High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and her master’s from Iowa State. After working as a college student activities director, Vicki moved to New York City and became active in the entertainment industry. She booked comedians and musicians for gigs throughout the country. Following her relocation to Orlando, Vicki continued to book talent. She was a leader in the movement to create professional standards and licensing for talent agents in Florida. She influenced a large number of performers as one of Central Florida’s only stand-up comedy teachers.

There was a memorial service at Congregation of Reform Judaism with Rabbi Steven Engel officiating. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to The Search Foundation, (searchfoundation.org) a fund that assists event, meetings and catering professionals in crisis.
