Myra Friedman, 81 years young died suddenly and peacefully Monday, Feb. 20, 2023. She is predeceased by her beloved son, Donald Friedman; survived by her beloved husband and best friend, Burton Friedman; dearest son Scott Friedman and his wife and cherished daughter-in-law Niki Friedman; adored grandchildren, Sara and Niko Friedman; and devoted sister, Martha Felsher.

Myra was born and raised along with her sister Martha in Chicago, to her late parents Donald and Sara (Karl) Felsher. She remained in the Chicago area for many years before moving to Charlotte, North Carolina; Scottsdale, Arizona; and most recently a suburb of Orlando. She met her husband of over 60 years, Burt, at a social dance. She loved to tell the story about how it took him so long to introduce her to his parents. She loved the Chicago Cubs baseball team and loved traveling the world with her husband and friends. She had a quick wit, sharp sense of humor, and a great memory for trivia and pop culture facts.
