Engagement Announcement: Michelle Plavnik and Daniel Ludin

Craig and Nancy Ludin of Maitland, Florida are delighted to announce the engagement of their son, Daniel Ludin, to Michelle Plavnik, daughter of Eugene and Lilia Plavnik of Atlanta.

Daniel is a graduate of the University of Florida – Business and Georgia Tech- Masters in Business Administration. Michelle is a graduate of Emory University- Chemistry and Georgia State- Masters in Chemistry.

Daniel is a business consultant with Morgan Franklin focused on project management for IT & Tech and Michelle is a scientist with Alcon focused on research and development. 

Daniel and Michelle met at Ramah Darom Summer Camp during a young adults weekend retreat sponsored by Trybal Gatherings. They competed in the volleyball leg of the camp relay race. They met twice more at their friend Jason's party and a Kosher BBQ festival. Eventually they were both single at the same time and matched on J-Date. Daniel opened with the very romantic first move, "Are you actually on this app?" They dated for about a year before moving in together with their dog, Bailey, in Midtown/Morningside Atlanta. They were engaged on Christmas Day on the Danube River between Buda and Pest. 

A September wedding is planned in Atlanta.
