New partnership announced

The Jewish Chamber of Commerce has announced a new partnership with One Senior Place, located at 715 Douglas Ave., Altamonte Springs, is a vibrant community hub dedicated to serving the needs of seniors. This collaboration aims to strengthen ties within the business community and foster a supportive environment for local enterprises.

Monthly breakfasts to kick off in September

As part of this partnership, One Senior Place will host the Jewish Chamber of Commerce’s monthly breakfast meetings, beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 3, at 8:30 a.m. These breakfasts are kosher and will serve as a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and community building among members of the Chamber.

“We are thrilled to host the monthly breakfasts for the Jewish Chamber of Commerce,” said Chris Shepherd, director of One Senior Place. “We look forward to welcoming members to our facility and providing a space for meaningful connections and discussions.”

Members are requested to confirm their attendance for the inaugural breakfast by noon on Friday, Aug. 30, to ensure adequate preparations.

A special thank you to the Chamber

One Senior Place expressed its gratitude to the Jewish Chamber of Commerce for voting to make them an Enterprise Member. “We appreciate this recognition and support from the Chamber. I look forward to addressing the attendees and sharing our vision at the first breakfast on September 3rd,” Shepherd added.

Future breakfast dates

To maintain continuity and foster a thriving partnership, One Senior Place has reserved the following dates for the Chamber’s monthly breakfasts through the end of 2024:

Tuesday, Oct. 1

Tuesday, Nov. 5

Tuesday, Dec. 3

In 2025, the breakfast meetings will transition to Thursdays, with the following dates confirmed:

Thursday, Jan. 2

Thursday, Feb. 6

Thursday, March 6

This regular schedule will allow Chamber members to plan ahead and ensure robust participation.
