On Oct. 1, over 25 participants gathered for the Jewish Chamber's monthly networking breakfast, which was themed to celebrate Rosh Hashanah. The event offered a mix of professional networking and cultural enrichment.
Jewish Pavilion Senior Services helped set the festive atmosphere, providing traditional high holiday decorations, including items like apples and honey. Attendees enjoyed round raisin challah, honey cake, homemade apple kugel, baba ganoush, lox for bagels, and other traditional Rosh Hashanah treats, all prepared by Jewish Pavilion's team.
Nancy Ludin, CEO of Jewish Pavilion, shared insightful remarks about the significance of the holiday and offered a D'var Torah that added spiritual depth to the gathering. Her husband, Craig Ludin, completed the experience by blowing the shofar, filling the room with the traditional, evocative sounds of the New Year.
The Jewish Chamber's networking breakfasts are becoming a tradition, bringing together community members, professionals, and businesses in a meaningful way.
Mark your calendars for the next breakfast, scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 5th, at 8:30 a.m. at One Senior Place.
