New kosher meats online service

Instaglatt, a new kosher meat and poultry company, officially launched in Central Florida on December 18 and is now taking orders for delivery to the greater Orlando area. The company is the brainchild of founder William Branca, who explains his motivation on the website, instaglatt.com:

"InstaGlatt was born out of a personal journey and a recognized need in the Orlando Jewish community."

Branca shares that he returned to his Jewish roots in 2024 and became more observant. During this time, he realized that keeping kosher made him feel healthier, both physically and spiritually-but he struggled to find high-quality kosher meat locally. Recognizing a problem, he sprang into action, creating Instaglatt to provide premium Glatt Kosher meats and make kosher living more accessible for families in the greater Orlando area.

All Instaglatt meats and poultry are fresh-frozen and sourced from a trusted distributor in Miami. They carry top-tier kosher certifications, including OU Glatt and Lamed K. Deliveries are transported in refrigerated containers and coordinated with customers to ensure orders are delivered directly from Instaglatt's refrigerated storage to their hands-ready for immediate refrigeration or freezing.

Instaglatt's online ordering process is user-friendly, and customers can choose between same-day or 24–48-hour delivery (excluding Shabbat). Alternatively, orders can be picked up at:

- Nate's Shul on Sundays, 9:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m.

- Orlando Jewish Day School in Dr. Phillips on Thursdays during child pick-up.

"Convenience is my goal," Branca says. "I saw a need and realized I can fix it!"

Instaglatt's prices are competitive with kosher products sold in Miami grocery stores, offering high-quality options at affordable rates.

"It's not about making a profit," Branca adds. "This is a passion project. If I can even help one person keep kosher, I've achieved my goal."
