Come in costume to the Orlando Solar Bears hockey game on March 9. The Solar Bears will take on the Greenville Swamp Rabbits at the Kia Center, 3 p.m.
Schedule of events include: 1:30 – 2:50 p.m., snacks and children's activities; 2 p.m., doors open, 3 p.m. the game begins, and at 5:40 p.m. the Jewish Academy of Orlando Choir will perform and there will be a parade on the ice.

Megillah and Magic! Thursday, March 13, celebrate Purim with mind-blowing and funny magician Ari Novick after the 7:15 p.m. Mincha and Torah reading, evening service at 7:45 p.m. and the Megilah reading at 8 p.m. The Magic show will begin at 8:30 p.m. There is also wine, cheese and chocolate all held at the Waves Event Venue, 59 Skyline Dr., Ste 1000, Lake Mary. On Friday, March 14, 5:30 p.m. enjoy a Fiddler Purim and Shabbat Dinner at 150 N. New York Ave., Winter Park. See The Amazing Bottle Dancers; children are invited to paint their own pottery, led by All Fired Up; and completing the evening is a Shtetl themed catered Shabbat dinner. Celebrate Purim on March 14 at the Eastmonte Civic Center from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. The evening begins with a Megillah reading, followed by a lavish dinner and masquerade. Enjoy international cuisine by Sage Catering, a henna tattoo station, and creative games and crafts for the whole family. Come in costume and take part in our adult and children's masquerade contests for a chance to win great prizes. Eastmonte Civic Center is located at 830 Magnolia Dr., Altamonte Springs.
